Born and raised in a suburb just outside of Toronto, known as 'Sauga
City (Mississauga), ON, Canada he's been listening to Hip Hop music
since he was 8. Some of his favourite artists include Eminem, 2 Pac,
Notorious B.I.G, Drake, Slaughterhouse, 50 cent, D12, Hopsin &
Rakim. In 2014 Shay-D Kid scored PITT seats for the Monster Tour in
Detroit and from that day has been inspired to put his pen to paper. All
this after his dad wrote him a rap song about their unique &
incredible father/son journey into Hip Hop. He was born on October 27,
1998 and at the young age of only 17 it is evident he was meant to make
music & set fire to the mic. The Hip Hop scene will welcome Shay-D
Kid as he adds a new dimension to the game showcasing incredible
lyricism with a distinct sound. There's no doubt this kid will pave a
lane for himself within the Hip Hop Genre. Appreciative and thankful for
his early adopting fans Shay-D Kid is stoked at the tremendous support
he's received and incredible comments flooding his social media! A big
shout out to them (and everyone coming aboard) because we're ready to
take off! "Are you ready for the Debut"? The first single 'Twisted'
(Prod. By Syndrome) launched on November 24th, 2015 from the Album soon
to be released entitled... 'Debut'! His rap is real... it's genuine...
