UK prime Minister Tony Blair pays a visit to Kaduna State

Governor El-Rufai received former UK Prime Minister, Tony Blair in Kaduna this morning. 

The former Prime Minister has said  he is much delighted to be in Kaduna, a state that is making a difference in Nigeria.
